Who we are

Bafolio Ltd is the data controller for everything described here.

What we collect

Your email address, if you give it to us through the waitlist form. That is the only personal data this site asks for. We do not ask for your name, your address or anything about your property.

Anonymous page statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other websites. We cannot identify you from it.

Why, and on what basis

Purpose	Lawful basis
To email you once, when Bafolio opens	Your consent, given when you submit the form
To count visits so we know whether the site works	Our legitimate interest in running a website, using data that identifies nobody

Who else sees it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and provides the analytics.
• Resend delivers the email we send you.

Both are bound by contract to use the data only as we instruct. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, and we do not pass your address to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Your email address stays on the waitlist until you ask us to remove it, or until twelve months after Bafolio opens — whichever comes first. After that it is deleted.

Cookies

This site sets none. There is no banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent — at any time, free, by emailing enquires@bafolio.com. We will reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. You do not have to come to us first.

Changes

If we change this notice we will publish the new version here with a new date.
